Trailer and Poster for 2 Guns released!

A lot of comic book adaptations come and go, with a few worthy of a good cast and story. 2 Guns is looking to be one of those movies coming out soon. The fantastic duo cast of Denzel Washington and Mark Wahlberg, with the great story will for sure make this a must see.

For the past 12 months, DEA agent Bobby Trench (Washington) and U.S. naval intelligence officer Marcus Stigman (Wahlberg) have been reluctantly attached at the hip. Working undercover as members of a narcotics syndicate, each man distrusts his partner as much as the criminals they have both been tasked to take down.

When their attempt to infiltrate a Mexican drug cartel and recover millions goes haywire, Trench and Stigman are suddenly disavowed by their superiors. Now that everyone wants them in jail or in the ground, the only person they can count on is the other. Unfortunately for their pursuers, when good guys spend years pretending to be bad, they pick up a few tricks along the way.

2 Guns shoots into theaters on August 2nd

Mark Wahlberg Cast in Transformers 4 Now, Thanks Internet!

Well just thank you internet for getting Mark Wahlberg cast in Michael Bay's Transformers 4. It was rumored a few weeks ago that Mark Wahlberg was in talks to star in the fourth Transformers film. Then Michael Bay denied the rumors saying he was talking with Mark on a separate film because he had a lot of fun with him on Pain and Gain.

Earlier this week, Bay announced a little tease saying "Let's say that very internet chatter gave me some ideas…so I'm here to say thanks internet chatter."That was obviously a nod to Marky Mark and T4. Then he fully announced it with a brand new logo and saying "Mark is awesome. We had a blast working on 'Pain and Gain' and I'm so fired up to be back working with him. An actor of his caliber is the perfect guy to re-invigorate the franchise and carry on the Transformers' legacy."

Trailer of the Week - The Fighter

I have been following The Fighter for a long time and Mark Wahlberg went through some rough times to get this movie in production. Wahlberg trained for two years to play the role of Micky Ward and had trouble getting financial backing for the film. Actors Brad Pitt and Matt Damon were , at one time, attached to play Micky's brother Dickie, but the role went to Christian Bale. Bale ended up loosing a lot of weight as you can tell in the trailer.

Boston fighter "Irish" Mickey Ward and how he was helped to the world lightweight championship by half-brother Dicky Eklund. Eklund once decked Sugar Ray Leonard and went the distance against the boxing legend before forfeiting his career to drugs and crime. He redeemed himself by training Ward through his Rocky-like run to the title.

The Fighter Hits theaters on December 10, 2010.

SDCC: The Other Guys Red band Comic-Con Footage

The restricted four minute trailer for The Other Guys that was show at Comic-Con was released online and it's hilarious. I didn't really want to see the movie until I watched this trailer.

Set in New York City, "The Other Guys" follows Detective Allen Gamble (Will Ferrell), a forensic accountant who's more interested in paperwork than hitting the streets, and Detective Terry Hoitz (Mark Wahlberg), who has been stuck with Allen as his partner ever since an embarrassing public incident with his quick trigger finger. Allen and Terry idolize the city's top cops, Danson and Manzetti (Dwayne Johnson and Samuel L. Jackson), but when an opportunity arises for the Other Guys to step up, things don't quite go as planned.

The Other Guys hits theaters on August 6, 2010.
