Bad Robot Releases Mystery Trailer Titled 'Stranger'

J.J. Abrams really knows how to be a secret kind of guy and it really gets the internet going on trying to figure it out. It started years ago and really took off with Cloverfield. I watched that damn trailer like 50 million times and only watched the movie like 3 1/2 times maybe? I don't know maybe 2/3. I was tired ok! He really has done it this time.

Randomly a new trailer was released for a secret project and it is elegant and beautiful in every way. The soothing voice of a scottish…english?…Well that area person and the great cinematography. Check it out below and tell us what you think it could be?

Is it original piece or adaptation of something? Lets go internet!

Star Trek Into Darkness Announcement Trailer is EPIC!!

Star Trek Into Darkness looks more like it should be called Star Trek Into Epicness! This has to be one of the best (if not only) announcement trailers I've ever seen. We get to see so much stuff going on and see the villain! Is it KHAN??IS IT KHANNN??? No, I believe it isn't sorry fellow Trekkies. It could be him but the clues are not pointing towards him, but more towards Gary Mitchell. *sounds really not scary or bad guy sounding like blade, machete, slash, basically anything involving a knife*. Most of Trekkies are arguing over who the hell this villain can be and we get that name thrown around along with Garth of Izar, or Kirk's Brother from another timeline, or even Picard. Let's just say some of those sound really good but others uhmm not so much. Sorry Picard.

Here are the 2 trailers for Star Trek Into Darkness. The first is the official U.S. trailer while the other is the Japanese version with 14 extra seconds! They get everything good now *stop with hands crossed*. The extra 14 seconds gives Trekkies a familiar scene from Wrath of Khan.

Also, this is just a teaser for a trailer! How can they top this on Decemeber 17th and watch 9 I mean 9! minutes of footage in IMAX with the Hobbit at select locations. (in next article)

Daily Movie News

Its Tuesday time for Daily Movie News

* Director D.J. Caruso (Eagle Eye, Disturbia) and Chris Pine (Star Trek) are targeted by Paramount Pictures to make "The Art of Making Money" next year. Pine would play Art Williams, the alias for a Chicago man who rose from petty thief to master counterfeiter. Based on the book by same title.

* J.J. Abrams' Company Bad Robot and Paramount will team up on a untitled movie by screenwriters Aline Brosh McKenna (The Devil Wears Prada) and Simon Kinberg (X-Men: The Last Stand). J.J. will not reveal the plot but said the pitch got them Salivating. So, it sounds like one to keep an eye on.

* Director Roland Emmerich (Indepedence Day, Stargate) has said he would like to make a sequel to ID4 with Will Smith. There is a script turned into FOX but FOX has it in limbo. Also, Roland said he would like to make Stargate into a trilogy as he had envisioned.

* Director Sam Raimi (Spider-Man 1,2,3) has said he likes The Lizard as a villian but hasn't said about him being in Spider-Man 4. He also said he isn't really familiar with the character Carnage. So it looks like The Lizard is the most likely villian for Spider-Man 4.

* Director Brian Singer (X-Men, Superman Returns) has said he wants to get back into the X-Men franchise. He has been talking with FOX about doing it.
