I first heard of this movie a longtime ago and thought it was just going to like director Tony Scott's last film, which involved trains. I was a little weary when I started to watch the trailer and I was glad to see it was nothing like The Taking of Pelham 123.
A rail company frantically works to prevent an unmanned, half-mile-long freight train carrying combustible liquids and poisonous gas from wiping out a city. A veteran engineer (Denzel Washington) and a young conductor (Chris Pine) chase the train in a separate locomotive in order to bring it under control before it's too late.
Unstoppable will stop in theaters on November 12, 2010
