MotorStorm Apocalyspe

Evolution Studios revealed their newest game MotorStorm Apocalypse, the fourth game in the off-road series.  Apocalypse is set in the bay area of California during what seems to be the apocalypse.

Other MotorStorm games have taken place in wild locations, while Apocalypse will be set in the city around collapsed buildings, and tremors that will buckle bridges and create rifts beneath your vehicle.

Evolution's game director Matt Southern warns that nature isn't your only enemy in the single player mode, two other groups have stayed behind, ready to aid in the destruction of The City.

The single player mode features a series of races over a number of tracks, like other racers, but in MotorStorm Apocalypse, no track is the same twice. As you race, the tracks get damaged. The ground tears open, buildings tumbles to the ground. The damage remains on the track the next time that you play it.

Multiplayer, also know as Wreckreation, will feature ranks that players can achieve by winning races and perks that can be earned as you increase in rank.  Perks allow players to modify vehicle handling, boosting, and offensive capabilities.
